Carnegie Out Back is an outdoor performing area with a stage 36 ft. X  
												    24 ft. presenting rock, folk, bluegrass, classical, and jazz concerts.  Carnegie Out Back can accommodate approximately one thousand people with folding chairs and blankets seated beneath beautiful one hundred year old pecan trees.  Surrounded by dim lighting and torches, the audience is warmed by five fire pits which add to the magical atmosphere of music in the woods.  Carnegie Out Back is hidden away in the most unexpected secret garden located in the historic area of downtown Macon.  If you've never been, you're in for a surprise. Hamburgers, hot dogs, 
												      chips, brownies, and soft drinks are available for  purchase, although  
												      you may bring your own picnic baskets. Folding chairs are  available to 
											        rent for $1.00 or you may bring your own.
													Ample parking is available at 1910 Forsyth Street Office  Park, Davis 
													  Wholesale Florist, and the parking lot on the corner of  Forsyth Street 
												  and Holt Avenue.
													Bring your picnic basket and a blanket and prepare for a grand evening. Carnegie Out Back is designed for a family atmosphere. Ticket prices for each concert are $15.00 for adults,  $7.00 for 
  students, and $5.00 for children five years old and  under. Different 
											        prices are set for benefit concerts.  Special assistance may be arranged for anyone needing  help getting into the performance area.
